 For more than 70 years the Constantino Family has been practicing the craft of making hand pasta. They use only the very best semolina and the freshest ingredients.    The Stuffed Shells are made with Ricotta, Asiago, Pecorino Romano, and Mozzarella Cheese. All you need to do add a little sauce to the bottom of the pan and top of the shells, then bake in the oven for 25 to 35 minutes.
