Buckhead Frozen and Individually Wrapped Pub Steaks, Certified Angus Beef, are individually vacuum-packed, sealed and frozen to lock in freshness. They are trimmed and portioned at approximately 8 oz. for a healthy sized portion.  Good for 6 months after "use by or freeze by date" if kept frozen.
