New to Munroe Dairy! Local Artisan small batch and hand maid. Made the way a Rhode Island Stuffy should be, with local quahogs.  Mild and delicious, add a squeeze of lemon, or perhaps some hot sauce if you want to kick up the flavor and heat!

Cooking Instructions: Pre-heat oven to 375F. Remove stuffed clam from packaging and place on a baking sheet approximately 1/2" apart. Place baking sheet into pre-heated oven and cook to an internal temperature of 165F.
